Please print, fill out and send the registration form with a photocopy of the first page of your passport via post or fax. You will receive a written confirmation within one week which includes all information of your language course, payment and further process. You may send the photocopy also via email ().

All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Currently, citizens of Schengen States do not need to obtain an entry visa for Ukraine and may stay up to 90 days.
In addition to your registration, we require your passport (original), one (1) (Russian Federation) or two (2) passport pictures (Ukraine) respectively and completely filled in visa application form AT LEAST eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. In case you may choose a package without travel insurance, please include a photocopy of your valid travel insurance policy.
Please be advised that currently the consulates in Germany do not issue express visas. Therefore, the lead time of eight (8) weeks cannot be shortened.
In any case we recommend you reserve a place (especially for the arrival!) via email without obligation before you send your registration form. Please indicate your travel date and your desired arrival.
